BREEAM Pre-Assessment Reviews undertaken at the very start of a project will help to highlight the impact of a site’s location and what a contractor can contribute towards a BREEAM score. This will set the benchmark for what the design needs to include and what a client might have to instruct ro make sure enough credits can be awarded to meet a required BREEAM Rating. This is the most important part of the BREEAM process.
